Writer's block

I've been having writers black, and I was wondering a few things about other people and what they do when they get writer's block. So, do you just wait until it passes, try to get rid of it, or do you never get it? If you know of ways to help get the creative juices flowing, that would be helpful if you posted it! Thanks Y'all
